• If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes early to go through a consultation form before your treatment
• Cancelation policy - We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. 50% of the treatment fee is charged for cancellations made under the 24-hour period.
• Securing booking - For bookings over £60, for new clients, we require half the amount to secure the slot.
• Pamper party bookings - For our fabulous pamper parties, we require 50% to secure the date and the remaining 50% after the pamper party.
• In the unlikely situation of a double booking were to arise, then we will offer you 25% off your next booking.
• Please ensure to rise slowly after a massage treatment and take your time when getting off the treatment bed. If you are pregnant and require assistant getting off the bed, we are always happy to help.
• During pedicure treatments, please ensure you stay still when the therapist is filing to avoid injury.

Privacy
The data we collect from clients via our consultation forms are kept safe and are locked away.  Rest assure, we would never ever ever pass on any your details to anyone who works outside of the framework of Mothers Inc.
